Vendor Terms and Conditions
By registering as a Vendor on BizByt CRM, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. The vendor must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information during registration.
2. The vendor is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and account activities.
3. The vendor must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws while using the platform.
4. The vendor shall not use BizByt CRM for spam, fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.
5. The vendor is solely responsible for the content, messages, and data sent through their account.
6. Any misuse of WhatsApp APIs, bulk messaging, or violation of Meta / WhatsApp policies may result in account suspension or termination.
7. BizByt CRM is not responsible for message delivery failures caused by third-party services such as WhatsApp, Meta, or network providers.
8. BizByt CRM reserves the right to monitor, suspend, or permanently disable vendor accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
9. Subscription fees, usage charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
10. BizByt CRM may modify features, pricing, or terms at any time, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Vendors must ensure that they have obtained proper consent from customers before sending messages or communications.
12. BizByt CRM shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the platform.
